Our in-depth analysis, market knowledge and attention to detail are employed in the process and enhanced with software used to analyze investments and develop realistic performance expectations for the property owner(s).

We have completed or advised on investment real estate transactions ranging from $1MM to $90MM with total value in excess of $1 billion for private and institutional clients throughout the US, parts of Western Europe, Canada, and Australia. Property experience includes office, retail, hospitality, and multi-family assets. We are currently wrapping up a $50 million portfolio restructuring for a family-office client which includes the disposition of multiple properties and acquisitions to replace income by using IRC Code 1031 like-kind exchange provisions to defer capital gains taxes. We have also sourced or raised debt and equity for investments and development projects and created ownership entities for the acquisition or development of properties.
